Personalized DIY Program

N/A minutes: $30

A personalized do-it-yourself program catered to your goals, schedule, and capabilities.

This "tailored but hands-off" option is perfect for anyone who is looking for an educated starting point, but doesn't want to work with a trainer every week. It provides you with a solid base, while allowing you flexibility to workout on your own schedule, at your own gym/home, without dealing with monthly payments or trying to match someone else's schedule with your own.

The program will be designed so that you can begin (and/or begin again) when you are able. Once you contact me, I'll send a questionnaire and forms for you to fill out. Once they've been completed,  I'll create a personalized program for you to follow on your own time with built-in instructions/guidelines to help you progress through the program. After the program is delivered you can begin whenever you are ready, but no sessions take place with me.

If at any point you need the program updated to reflect new factors/life changes: just reach back out. I'll send a "revision" document for you to fill out, then I'll use that information to create an updated plan. Updates are unlimited and cost $15/updated plan.

**Guided DIY Upgrade: If you'd like to have monthly check-ins with me, to help keep you on track/motivated, this option can be added to the program for an additional $5/month**

1-on-1 Virtual Training

45 minutes: $30/session

1-on-1 Virtual Training allows you to receive a personalized training program, which we'll work through together, to meet your goals.

After an initial consultation we'll meet weekly, for 45 minutes, 2-4 times per week, so I can help you progress through your wellness journey. Your program will be tailored to the equipment/space you have available, your capabilities, and your goals. The virtual component allows me to work with anyone from anywhere, as long as they have a laptop, webcam, and good connection.

This option is great for anyone who is dedicated to living a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle, and would like someone to help guide them. This ensures you're progressing in a safe and healthy way, with the bonus of an accountability partner to help you stick to your workouts and desired lifestyle changes.

At the beginning of each month, assessment sessions will occur to help track progress and aid in making adjustments as needed (another bonus that comes with 1-on-1 training). The number of weekly sessions (2-4) will be decided together based on goals and schedule.

3-month, 6-month, and 12-month program options available.

In-Home Training

45 minutes: $35/session

This is for anyone who can't or doesn't want to attend a gym (for whatever reason) but wants an expert and/or accountability partner to help reach their goals. You can reap the benefits of in-person training without having to leave the comfort of your home!

After a free consultation, I'll create a personalized 3-, 6-, or 12-month fitness plan for you based on your goals, schedule, and available resources. Once we're ready to get started I'll come to your home (or a place of your choosing, such as a local park) 2-4 times/week to coach you through the program. One session per month will be an "assessment day", so you can see your progress in real-time and we can make sure you're getting where you want to be.

Number of sessions will be discussed and agreed up during the consultation based on your goals and availability.

(Maximum travel time: 30 minutes, additional $20/month travel fee for distances further than 30 minutes. Locations will be discussed during private consultation.)

Wedding Bootcamp

45 minutes: $320 starting package

Whether you need help fitting just right into your dress or suit, or you're looking for a confidence boost, this program will prepare you for your big day!

After a free consultation, I'll create and guide you through a personalized plan. This program includes different package options including:
-Just for Her (Just [1] bride)
-Just for Him (Just [1] groom)
-The Happy Couple (Bride[s]&Groom[s])
-The Wedding Party (ex: bride and bridesmaids.)
-Virtual or in-person (meeting place TBD during consultation)

Number of sessions will be based on goals and length of time between the first session and the wedding. Minimum time between is 2-months, maximum is 12-months. Pricing and details will be discussed during free consultation.

 

The Gym Buddy

45 minutes: $30/session

This is for anyone who wants to attend a gym, and wants an expert "gym buddy" to help reach their goals.

After a free consultation, I'll create a personalized 3-, 6-, or 12-month fitness plan for you based on your goals and schedule. Once we're ready to get started, I'll meet you at your gym to guide you through each workout and provide motivation, accountability, and real-time advice.

For this package you will need to cover the gym's "guest fee" to bring me in as a guest, to ensure we are respecting their business.

(Maximum travel time: 30 minutes - locations will be discussed during private consultation)

Fine Tune Fitness

45 minutes: $260/month

A strength and conditioning program for actors, musicians, and dancers looking to improve their craft by improving their bodies.

This program offers specified training to help performers improve strength, endurance, and/or flexibility with a focus on their designated instrument, shows, and/or choreo. For performers who frequently tour or do shows/concerts ("project") over the course of a season/seasons - the program will adapt through "preparation", "show", and "post-show" cycles. The cycles, inspired by the phases of athletic strength & conditioning programs, will help prepare you for the demands of your upcoming project; help you stay as healthy as possible during the rehearsal/performance period; and help you recover adequately once the project is over.

Program options include: 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month programs.
